It seemed like it would have a better chance of working immediately after attempting to run the normal crysis.exe. It would work sometimes and crash other times. At first, I discovered that I was only able to get the game to work via the Crysis64.exe ran as administrator. There were some additional steps I had to take myself. (Make sure to overwrite all file versions that are identical.)
